Ingredients: rice flour, tapioca flour, defatted soy flour, sugar, gar gum, and salt.
Preparation Directions
2.5 cups of warm water
2 large eggs
1/3 cup of oil
1 yeast pack
1/2 tablespoon of sugar
Put warm water in a bowl with yeast and sugar wisk and set aside for 10 minutes. Add eggs, oil and wisk again. Place the dry mix and whip until smooth. Scoop into baking tin cover and let it sit on top of the stove until the dough has risen 3/4 to the top of the pan. Bake in preheated oven @400% for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven let sit for ten minutes and serve. Enjoy!
